| My experience with Diana Cardwell is one that I will never forget. I made the decision to leave New Jersey and move to Pennsylvania, leaving a very large house behind. It was difficult for me to do this, but Diana was extremely patient and helpful as she continuously searched and sent me information while being very respectful of my price range. There were many ups and downs during this process but Diana always kept the process moving. She provided me with local insurance companies, a title company, home inspector and a repairman to fix some of the appliances in the home I was purchasing. I can’t even begin to express my gratitude for the numerous phone calls, faxes and inquiries that Diana addressed on my behalf because my flexibility was very limited. I know this would not have happened if I did not have Diana as a partner during this process.
