Being a lifelong resident of Monroe County, I am very familiar with the Poconos and surrounding areas. I have seen the Poconos go from a quiet, summer vacation spot to a bustling, all season designation. Lower home prices and lower taxes have made the Poconos a desirable area for people to live in fulltime or enjoy a vacation home. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of residential properties.
I have achieved my Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation allowing me to represent my buyers with the most specialized and updated information. This designation also provides me with access to the Real Estate Buyer Agency Council (REBAC) website. This site has a link for current information for home buyers. I've also achieved my Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation giving me a thorough understanding of complex issues in today's real estate industry and knowledge of foreclosure avoidance options available to home owners. This certification also enables me to assist buyers who want to purchase a short sale or forclosed property. I keep up-to-date on the market trends and with continuing education in real estate courses.

I have been a member of the West End Rotary Club (a service organization) since 1993 and have held the positions of President, President-Elect, Secretary and several Director's positions. Currently I am serving as the club's Secretary. I have been awarded the Paul Harris Fellow Award twice and have received the Rotarian of the Year and Service Above Self Awards. I am active with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Light the Night.
